Angela and I eat out most of the time, and lately we've decided in an effort to save some
money we'd try to cook more often. Now, neither of us is a gourmet chef by any means, and
our repetoire of entries is a bit lean.
So we busted out the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook we'd bought a while back, with the at the time truly unsuccessful hopes of actually cooking, and found a whole chicken entree that seemed within our skill levels. Let me just say it was absolutely delicious. It was totally worth the 3 hours it took from preparation to cleanup. However, since it took so long, I'm not sure when we'll be having it again (hopefully not too far off). |
